        this seems a bit much. I thought GB medical care was better than USA in every way. At least that's what I'm told.

        Care homes are not medical care, not run by the NHS. They are either privately owned or owned by a large corporation.

        Step1in correcting relationship is to remove ALL "we do not tolerate abuse against staff". Sets public up as criminals.
