Raqqa has two destroyers. ISIS and USA. ISIS is dead, so now it's USA's job to rebuild, terminate its illegal invasion and leave the city to the Syrian Arab Republic.

UK bombing doesn't counts, doesn't it? Cause it was 'right and legal' The fact that US sponsored and trained moderate terrorists also fine, isn't it? The fact that ISIS appeared under US control and as a result of its Iraq invasion, does not matter...

Let’s put it this way - if Raqqa was a British town, who would pay for the cost of rebuilding it? We would, no one else. Therefore Syria should pay for it, no one else.
