So basically an economic migrant who passed through numerous safe countries to seek “asylum” in the uk and has landed on his feet living in a Manor House messing about in the garden all day?

And meanwhile I have daughters aged 27 and 29 who have virtually no chance of their own place, charity should begin at home!

Agreed!

Happy for the fella I really am but when we have the likes of Roy Larner refused housing by the council because of his mental state (after fighting of terrorists in the streets of London) then this is actually a piss take.

I don't normally react to stories like this, but have been involved in rehoming veteran who was made homeless by a mixture of bad luck and mental health problems, I find this report extremely irritating. Does he want to chain migrate his family too?

Utter disgrace that our own are not privileged to gain such Accomodation. Send him back
-
So he is working, learning the language, paying taxes, and obviously a part of this family’s life. I don’t get the problem.
-
Tamer is has asylum in the UK...big difference.
-
No the difference is we have British born citizens given less or left homeless yet all we see and hear are immigrants placed at the front of the queue, given assets nowhere near deserved. How’s he got that huge house? Why’s our own not in there?
-
It's not his house, he just works there and lodges. Jeez... Others can do the same. I know too many Brits who would rather pop out a kid and stick their hand out 'because I am entitled, inn I'

Of course he'll never return - just wants to get the rest of his family + friends here.

And milk every penny they can.

In other words he deserted his country of birth to freeload over here, living in a house that some brits only dream about. Paying nothing in,but taking everything out......

So a draft doger gets a cushy living here. Why couldn't this have gone to a veteran with PTSD?

Home is the whole Earth

Except for the 2/3rds of it that will kill you for speaking your mind and prevent you from doing basic things on the basis that it is justified through a political regime, or worse a religion.

You are right. .
