        And they didn't enter the motorway in the fast lane. If you wouldn't pull over to either hard shoulder or central reservation you'd stop in lane at the very least. Looks so deliberate.

        Look at the photo. The guy on the right has room to avoid the caravan Yes, the M1 north of J29 does not have room for a car. It's filled with the concrete barrier.

        I did. The M1 north of J29 does not have a proper central reservation big enough for a car. No hard shoulder and from memory about 5 miles with no proper overhead gantry. It a big issue in those parts, four lanes of multiple deaths waiting to happen
