It's too easy for women to have 'buyers remorse' or simply make false claims. This does nothing to aid the cause of real victims. Punishment needs to be severe.

Why on earth aren't all parties not given anonymity in cases like this? Once guilty, fine let the world know but in these cases, publicly guilty until proven innocent is a seriously flawed concept...

The feminists have built a whole narrative around women as victims, and blamed the low rape conviction rate on problems with the police and legal system. The thought that it might be because a lot of allegations are false never crossed their sexist little minds.
