The planet doesn't need saving, human life won't have any long-term effect on Earth. When we've all died out the planet will carry on doing it's own thing, as it always has.

Save the planet on a diet of tangerines / mangos, monocropped & doused in pesticides by farmers on 20p a day, then shipped halfway across the globe from Costa Rica or Sri Lanka. Free gifts: -Imaginary virtue halo; -The belief that you're doing the world a favour; -Deficiencies.

So we take all the land for human food production and let all the animals die off? How about just having less people?

Thanos did nothing wrong

I will happily do this but I will NEVER refer to myself as a flexitarian

I’m a flexitarian. It helps having a veg patch or allotment. Lots of fresh, local produce on hand.

No mention of transportantion of food, surely a low carbon (footprint) diet would involve eating food grown in your own country not imported.

Stick your new world order faux climate change agenda right where the sun doesn't shine.

My only “agenda” is wanting to be able to raise children on a planet that isn’t dead.pic.twitter.com/1ESkNYHRTS

And you know what plants need lots of.... Co2.
-
If that’s true, which it is, then growing more of them will only help things. I fail to see to see your point.
-
Oh, there’s been a few mentions of rising Co2 levels being bad or something over the past couple of decades.
-
They absorb it not create it ... Seriously buddy
-
Cheers Cath, I got that
So are we now saying that rising Co2 levels which will boost plant/food yields for a growing population is now a good thing?
