Incorrect facts in this piece - ‘The Burnaston plant produces the Auris, the UK's fourth best-selling car.’ Auris isn’t in the top 10 best selling cars, let alone fourth. Source SMMT: https://www.smmt.co.uk/vehicle-data/car-registrations/ … did you mean to say fourth most exported vehicle?pic.twitter.com/BUYoQTNbCM

The fourth best selling car built in the UK.

Shocking - they might have to move production to their other EU plants in Japan, Canada, the US and South Africa.

That's because uk companies making car parts have been shut down over the last 45 yrs nearly all the car plants in Britain are just assembly units uk car part factories now housing estates or retail parks Napoleon once said we are nation of shop keepers eu making that a fact
-
Too true, The UK has been whittled down to nothing more than just a mere importer, assembler and distributor of foreign imported products. European product safety directives are weaker than British Safety Standards have resulted in products than can burn hurt kill etc.

Yes if Toyota can’t get behind the Glorious People’s BREXIT Revolution we need to nationalise their UK operations and start building proper reliable British Leyland cars again initpic.twitter.com/hmM7t4pmgg

Here's a thought, make all the parts in 1 place, think of the impact on the environment

Toyota needs stop spreading Project Fear and accept that Boris/Farage/Rees-Mogg know far more about car manufacturing than they do. If they can’t get behind BREXIT they need to close their factories in UK and let their workers pick fruit and veg.
-
Forward thinking from those who voted brexit really. Workers being sacked from the car manufacturing can then become employees picking fruit and veg.
