        Unfortunately this combined with the latest news that the life expectancy in the U.K. hasn't grown for the first time in decades shows we are doing something wrong. As inequality continues to rise so will these problems.

        Your right but that's not the ultimate reason. The problem unfortunately stems from poverty. There's a reason why the poorer you are the more likely you are to be obese. You have to consider why is exercising decreasing? Poverty and healthiness have a strong correlation.

        Yes but why have current lifestyles changed? What's occurred that could lead to these changes. People don't think "I'm poor so I can't exercise" it stems from numerous societal problems that sorround them.         Parents and teachers would need to put their mobile phones down to acknowledge the presence of kids. Humans are more obese because they're lazier and incapable of cooking. Takeaway food portions too big.Takeaway should be a weekly treat not a daily occurrence. Go for family walks
