You know how it is; whale appears in Thames, the next minute it's dead. I'm taking if-ever-so-slightly-hysterical precautions for its welfare by Tweeting at a broadcasting station, which generally has absolutely nothing to do with the saving of aquatic mammals.

Yes because news crews get involved and harass it with boats and helicopters, followed by more and more people, then a “rescue attempt” is made, like the last whale in the Thames.... it then died. Just enjoy it from a distance. Observers haven’t seen any signs of distress!

Beluga whales, unlike deep sea whales, commonly swim up rivers. They’re fine in shallower water. It’s a little further south than it normally would be, but there’s nothing to indicate it needs saving as it’s been seen feeding.

Typical media propaganda, a "whale." No doubt there's dozens if not hundreds of Syrians inside it trying to get into our country, and no doubt either that our government will let them in. When will it stop? I want my country back. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 https://twitter.com/BBCNews/status/1044573542447271936 …
