Don't I remember something about Jesus throwing the money lenders out of the temple?

Funny, I thought the church made a career out of profiteering from poor people.

The church should have nothing to do with money lenders. Did Jesus himself not throw the money lenders out of the temple? Or have I missed something.

Didn’t a founder of the church get his hair off with the money lenders in the temple yard? And there’s something about two wrongs not making a right. Time Wonga et al. Were made illegal.
