Theresa May demands respect from the EU. When is she going to start respecting Scotland & the fact that over 60% voted to remain in the EU? The UK's meant to be a union of nations. Ignoring democracy in Scotland proves the UK is finished. #MayStatement #DissolveTheUnion #Scotlandpic.twitter.com/WNDilUZ9WP

It's not a colonial power anymore either. There's no empire there's no strong army or navy to defend the country, its a second slowly becoming a third world country

Strong and stable as the UK plunges into recession with prices going through the roof simply due to Tory infighting over Europe. Shameful charlatans the lot of them.

Why is it pro EU just want to roll over and let the EU walk all over us? Why? No one in the EU care about the UK so we should just leave, face the unknown and get on with it. I wish I had voted leave, I certainly would now if there was a second referendum.

Because the EU need us! Why do you people struggle to understand this? Its just a shame u people have no faith in your own country and would rather be slaves to an ever growing federalised europe!

The EU can cope with the loss of trade through one country. Britain could not cope with the loss of trade with 27. Its quite simplistic. I’m not British btw. If you want to go down the nuclear route then fair enough. I wish your country the best of luck in the wilderness
