Cheap politicking from a politician who doesn’t have an electorate to answer to.

Arrogance & a complete lack of respect? It appears the Eurocrats have learnt exactly no lessons from their behaviours that lead the Brexit vote going the way it did. With a little common sense and respect shown by Europe in the lead up it could have been different. #Arrogance

Exactly the attitude which has caused millions of Brits to want to leave the EU. Regardless of our government's performance or whether you are are remainer or leaver - this arrogant attitude is appalling

As an ardent remainer whois very worried about the risks of a no deal Brexit, it is infuriating to see that #DonaldTusk doesn’t seem to be taking it seriously! None of this is ideal but at least @theresa_may is a moderate ... does he really want to unleash @BorisJohnson as PM?

Absolutely. When this picture broke I am sure I heard the sound of many remainers collectively groaning and banging their heads against the wall. Really unhelpful Donald, really unhelpful.

But the people voted for Brexit, so we should respect that and not stop it, correct? So saying "#StopBrexit" and then "#PeoplesVote" is contradictory isn't it?

Not when many voted on lies, misinformation and cheating. No, not contradictory, just common sense when the people now have more information. If it's all so good, we'll get the same result huh!

don’t read something big into nothing. The rest of Europe held back for years when #borisjohnson was trying to be funny at our cost. This is in good humour. Do critical journalism and fact-checks on #ERG’s #NoDealBrexit claims rather than rummage through Instagram photos.

What a pathetic little tosser Tusk is. The UK went to war with Germany in 1939 to support Poland. France, Holland, Denmark, Belgium, Austria and yes even fascist Italy would STILL be under the German jackboot had we simply said **** you and this is the thanks that we get!

The EU sending a clear message to any potential LEAVE countries how difficult it will be. Countries shouldn't want to leave the EU if it was such a Eutopia. Sadly the BBC has played right into the EU script.

Absurd behaviour from a civil servant . We are still a member of EU , pay his wages and should table a motion for his immediate sacking - this is a v sign to the British people and our elected PM .
