The very fact he challenged the divorce should have raised a red flag to the Judge, all sociopaths do to cause maximum hurt after they are challenged. Who are these Judges??

Where are this womans' Human Rights? He is obviously a bully, has used the system to further abuse her& got male Judges to agree with him Sociopathic partners are notoriously hard to leave, a nightmare to live with. The Judge expects her to live with him? He'll probably kill her

The fact that Mr Owen is holding Mrs Owen, Hostage in a marriage, that has to be unreasonable behaviour!

My thoughts exactly... it says a great deal when one party refuses to allow another to move on with their life. That in itself is unreasonable

The court cannot see that his behaviour is causing a problem? Why can't he accept the marriage has broken down, he states she was bored or had an affair so he's admitted their relationship is over? Has this set a precedence I wonder..

If you actually read the article, the judges described the legal situation as ‘deeply troubling’ and called for a change in the law, which they are compelled to interpret in the husband’s favour. It’s not an issue of precedent.

Henry VIII was the first monarch to introduce a new state religion to the English. In 1532, he wanted to divorce his wife, Catherine of Aragon. When Pope Clement VII refused to consent to the divorce, Henry VIII decided to separate the entire country of England from the Catholic.
