Yes, I think we should only look at things on our own little island, and ignore the rest of the world completely. You make a sensible and well-punctuated point.

Saudi Arabia must be the shittiest place on earth to live. It impress me that the western democracies are so weak and fake and indulge those fools, only for the money.

It can be said that he's worse because he's taking USA backwards while the Saudi regime is moving them forward.

What a twisted view. He might be taking them backwards in your view. To others he might be just what they wanted. Where as Saudis are still an extreme regime responsible for human rights atrocities and the funding of extreme Islam in Britain. No comparison really.

If we're talking about human rights atrocities, USA has killed over 6 million people in CIA operations around the world since 1945. That's according to former CIA station chief in Angola, John Stockwell. That's as bad as anything Saudi does.

Rather appalling. But that might be what the free world has to do to keep all the other dictators in check. Pick your side. I know we're my loyalties lie.

That's not to fight against dictatorships. Those CIA operations involve supporting pro-American violent dictators to put down popular movements using death squads. There's no moral difference between that and human rights atrocities committed by Saudi Arabia.

You are getting very confused. America and the west ultimately only do what's in thier interests directly or indirectly and for the security long or short term of thier populations. Yes the world is a cruel place. I say again I know which society my loyalties with.

Arming and supporting death squads to commit mass murder to keep unpopular dictatorships in power for America's economic interests is as bad as anything Saudi Arabia does. The CIA works for the American ruling elite, not working class Brits. What are you, a Rockefeller?
