He made two gaffes yesterday. Whoever cut the footage for BBC breakfast MUST have been aware of that, and noticed the total lack of gaffes in the version they had put in the BBCB run down. It’s the Remembrance Day Service. A big event.
To explain the production error on @BBCBreakfast, the footage of Remembrance Sunday 2016 was among archive restored at 0403am on Sunday to preview the service. It was used in error today. Claims it was combined with 2019 footage this morning are wholly incorrect.

Could you elaborate on “Claims it was combined with 2019 footage” - clearly the first shot is on all other leaders from 2019 (cut in such a way that you can’t see Johnson) and next shot is Johnson only. This is called “combined”, no?
