Its essential to carry the right kit. Blizzard Blankets are carried by most mountain Rescue teams & ideal for walkers, climbers etc.

What?!
#Army 'cadets' needs "rescue"?! Amazing that! :p what can I say?! "!" -
I think there's a few questions needing answered there, especially when kids as young as 12 yrs. are involved.
-
I think a few people need more education on what the army cadets do & the fact that accidents happen.

As a mother of a serving soldier, I'm well aware of the hazards, but we don't take risks with the lives of young children!
-
As a father of a young daughter, I'm well aware of that fact. But neither can you wrap them in bubble wrap, the world's a dangerous place.

You do realise these are kids between 12 and 18 right? Not regular adult army?
-
The ACF is a youth organisation affiliated with & funded by the MOD. I joined at 13, reached the rank of sergeant at 16. Embarrassing name?

-
Well done on your rank achieved
