Remind me. Why is the UK leaving?

Lies, stupidity and xenophobia. I wish we could stop it.

if you say so. -
Come on then Scott. I reckon us doubters could do with some good news to cheer us up. What you got?
-
Nothing. But then I'm not a pessimist like a lot of you. This country will survive with ease on its own.
-
Personally I'd rather thrive than just survive..
-
You mean thrive like we are now?
-
No, but since the vote our country has declined. Post brexit survival is the best case scenario.

No reason Japan won't give us the same? I'm being serious - they should do right? I'd love to know an experts view on whether they will.

The EU offers access to products and services of 27 countries. UK to one. Why would Japan have even remotely as much of an interest in it?
-
Money
-
Unless the UK suddenly increases it's GDP eightfold, I fear money won't be a very good argument either.
-
How do you explain Switzerland and Singapore?
-
I'm not saying no trade deal is possible. I'm saying that when a trade deal is struck, it will by far not be as favorable as the EU one.
-
We don't even know the details of this prolonged Japan deal. CETA and TTIP are low quality and corporatist
-
I've been an opponent of TTIP as well, due to the low quality of goods and services that the hyper-capitalism in the US produces. (1/2)
