        why not? was the fire started due to use, abuse, negligence, tampering or avoidable accident, no one knows yet so why blame #Hotpoint?

        Met doing as they, like BBC are told. I had a hotpoint fridge from 1984 gave up the ghost in 2012 and no fire. it's a cover-up & cop-out

        thats not what happened, the person called 999 & informed neighbours. Firefighters were onsite & put fire out inside flat.

        Fire's still spread. If I have a fire in my house and don't do anything it spreads. The cladding just meant it spread much faster.
