If so can someone confirm urgently whether the panels DO or DO NOT comply with appropriate regulations for such buildings?

In relation to how they have been used they ARE illegal, building regulations state fire resistant panels to be used on tall buildings.
-
The problem may relate to 'retrospective' application of Regs? Tis truly murky right now,new build vs refurb regs

Are any of them "luxury flats" for wealthy people?
-
Appalling. Better buildings regulations must happen.Wait on enquiry findings what is the point, let's get to work & prevent another disaster
-
The point is this was a preventable disaster, lessons were not learnt.
-
I agree. I am sickened by what I hear and my heartfelt feelings go out to all those who lost love ones in the fire.

Do the government say whether there are any English people living in them and if so, how many?
#LibLabCon corruption. -
Not sure what you're on about. Of course English people live there. There's no one saying ''sorry this building is just for refugees.''
-
Asking a question. Not many English people at Grenfell. Is there something wrong with ascertaining facts? Not all immigrants are refugees!
-
I am going to assume this was a joke question? Or would you like to know how many have white skin also Hitler?
-
You may find it funny. I don't. Do you have a problem with English people? I thought London was the capital of England?
#Godwin -
Well generally no, I am okay with English people. But alas, there are some such as yourself that leave me quite queasy to be honest.....
-
Your prejudice is strange. You feel queasy about someone asking a legitimate question?
-
It wasn't the legitimacy of the question that made me recoil, it was why you needed to ask it all? Why was that?

Didn't Corbyn try to pass a law making landlords accountable for this shit? And it didn't get through because of the Tories?
-
No. That was private landlords. I suspect most if not all of these are local authority - probably even including labour local authorities!
