Roughly around 1.6 BILLION Muslims in the world, yet media sheep like yourselves try to criticise it when 0.0001% are extremists?

Actually about 20% are actively agree with ISIS' goals, and the other 80% tacitly agree with them. 20% is a large number.

I already stated that I didn't literally mean 0.0001% are extremists, it was an exaggeration to show that the numbers are incredibly tiny

That just goes to show how they do not believe in Islam and their quest for conquering has nothing to do with religion but power

because the largest victims of Islamic extremism are muslims. The doctrine is very clear on apostates. ISIS considers them out of line.

ISIS considers everyone out of line, even their own, hence why the greatest victims of terrorism are Muslims.

Precisely my point. But the real issue is they can point to Quranic verses 2 defend their claims. Hence why nominal Muslims are our allies

No not quite. In this case ISIS isn't misinterpreting Islam. They are emphasizing parts that we don't like. Tho we are quite right not to.

"So-called"? As they named themselves, they "are called". You can't just pretend that an Islamic group is magically not Islamic.

Don't recognise Islamic state as a state, therefore it's so-called.
