If the court let them, he could have treatment and be saved

There is no treatment for this disorder. Sad but true. It has gone on for far too long!!

It won't cure the disease but it will give him a somewhat normal life with regular checkups and meds but nothing major.

Easy for any of us to criticise when we're not in his parent's shoes. I can't begin to imagine their heartbreak at the moment

Any parent would, but that might not be the best thing for the child. Court will have to have final say

Unless you never left something like them I would say that court is only an admin answer and hope is powerful at least to me. maybe not??

The parents views and feelings are their for all to see. No one can know what Charlie is feeling, but court has to try. More than just admin

It never should've gone this far. The parents should've had the right to take him to the US for treatment as soon as they had the funds.

Isn't God the one who created him and gave him this terminal illness? He has a plan for everyone from the birth, right, so why pray?

Time to let this little one pass on. Parents can't have the say as they can't make objective decisions. The EU should butt out.
