Why can't they just allow his poor parents to take him to US they have the money to do it. He looks peaceful and he is LOVED.

If this were me, I'd want to know I'd done everything possible for my child. I am sure this is their motivation.

He looks peaceful because he literally has no energy to do anything - even cry when in agonising pain. It's a genetic condition effecting

Let the child leave the UK for actual health care. His parents have to try and doesn't cost UK anything. Pathetic!
