Let's take that in. A Tory candidate for MP has been charged with a criminal offence - yet is still standing.

Unless they're convicted, why not? I'm no Tory (to put it mildly) but innocent until proven guilty applies to *everyone*, no exceptions.

Legally Logan is right, but ethically/morally? Tory response tells us what they think - willing to take the risk of backing criminal for now
