LMFAO you should really take a look at Uruguay's statistics on that. You'll surely feel much better afterwards 😊

I'm not overreacting, I just think it's quite funny how that number is considered high and worthy of a "breaking news" tag

I can understand that, but I still find it somewhat odd that it's perceived as high. Sure, it's because of the context, but still

BBC sends me "US nonfarm payrolls at xxxx" every month and yeah, it is breaking news.

You're not getting over "breaking news" and therefore not paying attention to my main observation being how it is perceived as high at all

Higher import costs and 18% currency devaluation will do that to an economy.

Introduce very mild inflation in line with wages growth. Yes. Truly terrifying.

        The devaluation is crucial.

In many ways helpful. And the inflation is pretty unremarkable- not exactly Brexageddon, is it.

Devaluation is good for a country that exports more than it imports like China. UK imports far more costly manufactured goods Not helpful.

Because pound has fallen dramatically in value since Brexit vote; oil price rising. Great news, no doubt, to Tories
