Why are they always "known to security services" but nothing is ever done...until they actually kill innocent people?

Because you can't arrest someone who hasn't yet committed a crime. It just means they know he might do something but don't know for sure.
-
It happened in the north of Ireland during the 70s-Internment,no crime need have been committed if it was suspected that was enough.
-
And it was a complete travesty. Led to completely innocent people being arrested due to the biased police force who abused it.
-
Completely agree, reinforced the notion that nationalists were second class citizens, which they were.PIRA recruitment increased as a result.

It's clear now what's happened. No need for any investigation. Sweden should launch missiles on Uzbekistan now!

I prefer they give him sanctuary & stand in solidarity with him. No jail, no deportation. Then kick the families of the deceased in the face

If you suspect them, drop them in the sea from a great hight and save lives.
-
"Innocent until proven guilty" <- you know what that means?
-
Point that out to the arsehole who killed those people.
-
You are the one who just advocated the murder of innocents. Because that's what happens if you kill based on mere suspicion.
