UK prisons are outdated, crumbling, unfit for purpose and unsafe. Need dramatic reform and massive investment.

if the mental wellbeing of these people was assessed regularly&we had more staff to do so this could be stopped.

mental health services are terrible outside prison, non criminals deserve the service first!!
