        safety of train + passengers are ultim the driver's responsibility. That speed is indefensible.

        Your report makes error obvious by using spuriously accurate 43.5mph, Obvious that rounded 70kph was actually used (2/2)

        Reporting would be much clearer if people told speed was ~70kph, obviously 3 1/2 times the 20 kph limit

        Tram speeds are measured in km/h. How about using figures in the report in your report? So, 20kph & 70 kph (1/2)
