        @Arganaut To tackle those with property portfolios you would need a different tax. An obvious candidate wd be a land value tax.

        @IanMoules agree but then some folks have expensive property buy may not be super rich. Is this tax for just 2nd properties or all i.e. 3rd?

        @Arganaut As I understand it for all "additional" properties, so pay higher stamp duty for 2nd, 3rd, etc. Tho seen no details as yet.
