    We’ve heard of vintage wine, but says they’re looking forward to pouring a vintage larger that’s been brewing since Christmas, when the pubs open on the 12th April.

    The beer and pub industry says being closed over the Easter weekend will cost it £325m in lost sales. I’m at one brewery for finding out how they’re preparing to reopen outside on April 12th.

    Here's how the economy fared as the third national lockdown took hold. The economy is still 9% smaller than it was before the pandemic began.

    Service sector shrank 3.5%, manufacturing shrank 2.3% (first decline since April) as car making slowed sharply. But trade figures also show trade with EU slumped 40% - possibly due to pre-deadline stockpiling but also delays at border.

    GDP fell by 2.9% in January, remaining 9% below its pre-pandemic peak. Services fell 3.5% (10.2% below), manufacturing fell 2.3%, (5.7% below) while construction grew 0.9% (2.6% below)
