I agree. You have a jet, I’m not giving you my money. There are too many people struggling to eat for me to be contributing to lavish lifestyles of church leaders. True religion is defined as feeding the poor, the hungry, the widows etc so that’s what I’ll do!

The problem is not Biblical tithing. It’s “Prosperity Gospel” preachers hijacking this thousands year old doctrine to manipulate followers & enrich themselves. It’s worse than the 16th century Catholic practice of buying indulgences that led to the Protestant reformation.

@cchukudebelu Life is a warfare between good & evil. Each is funded by their followers. Demonic kingdom is funded by its agents

Demonic agenda is heavily funded on earth by demonic followers, so why angry with God followers funding their own?

        3) When we present tithe we returning to God what is His. We are not giving Him anything! Whether we do or not, because we have free will, its always His! We do this when we believe that He is the creator and owner of all things as He says in Psalms 50.12!

You won’t talk about the multimillion dollar projects that are handled by churches. That’s what the tithes are used for. And hey no one is stupid to keep paying tithes when they’re not seeing the blessings that come with it!😒

He has a point, we gibe out of love. Tithing is something that started a long time ago, with Abraham. It's mentioned in Hebrews. Didn't Paul collect offerings ?

Tithing is not compulsory but I think using that money to help the poor will boost our economy than just one man eating it all. I'm not saying we shouldn't bless PASTORS but not with so much..
