Yes, the conditions in the rehab centre our team visited are appalling - even though some of the staff there are working hard to help addicts. They don’t have the funds to deal with the number of patients they receive.

It’s really heartbreaking and the worst part is this is just one case in a whole lot of cases all across Africa and most times there’s no help available or if there is, the money somehow vanishes with no good explanation leaving people helpless
