I'm in Nairobi,the heavy rains have shown how poor our drainage systems are and the unpreparedness of our relevant institutions for such avoidable calamities.

Could this be due to poor drainage system or the rains simply pouring beyond normal level. Just left Nairobi last Saturday and it was drizzling all day everyday
