Slaps are "fine" but "beatings which cause injuries or death" are not, according to a Ugandan MP. His comments have been condemned. "It's really a shock that a member of parliament would justify violence," a rights group said. "This is about crime."http://bbc.in/2FBz9Ux

IN-DEPTH: In an African, Tradition Women must be beaten by their husbands with a stick in the Hut. so she knows what will happen if she disobeys the order, the somali proverb says, "Woman's mind is on eyes whilst Man's mind is in the heart" So, This Ugandan MP is a very kind man.

IN-DEPTH: Thank you, we are talking about old and semi-traditional aspects in Africa as well as Majority. Do you know some villages in Africa, people eat Fish and never drink Milk? If Proverb is seen, the word has more meaning not just as it sounds.
