        Yea the problem is that after adoption no one follows the adopted kids and give a report about them after a certain period. That would help in monitoring the where about of the adopted kids.

        Poor children are the poorer for it! This is an inward looking policy that h los nobody. Selfish politicians using their positions to undermine the few opportunities open to children who otherwise will be condemned to lives of poverty abuse, disease, farming and death. #sad
