The same @WMutunga replanted the seed of divisive politics in his SCOK 2013 presidential election petition....then he was deeply engrossed in this vice @DickensOlewe @BBCAfrica

He should tell that to #Uhuru Kenyatta who not only orders for the killings of #Kenyans from 'enemy tribes' but also hires white supremacists to spread hate in Kenya.

Willy Mutunga had a chance to build the country but he decided to sell his soul to the devil. He is better of silent than telling us what he should have done as CJ.

Wisdom oozing out of retired CJ right there. Knowing when to exit the judiciary without leaving a crisis was equally wise 👍

Took him 25 years to accept that former president Moi was correct when he warned Kenyans that multi-parties would lead to ethnic division & instability. Surely...... "An old man sitting on a three legged stool can see farther than a boy perched high on a tree".

Moi was a dictator struggling to hang on to a crumbling political autocracy. He thrived on ethnic capture, not distinctly different from what we are seeing today, but without personal freedoms.

The only thing we want now is to self determine or to secede! Enough is enough, no more accept and move on bullshit! We can not continue paying our taxes to rogue politicians who later uses the same to intimidate and kill us when we demand accountability!

In Nigeria it's a bigger problem because religion/ethnic politics is added to divide the country and it's sad that well educated people who should know better are the once propagating it.

This is the man who developed & natured the tap root that all vices ailing Kenya are now anchored to ie electoral injustice. Please know that anytime you surface you remind the whole country where you put them by sanctifying injustice at the poll.
