China is the new colonialist. It is recolonizing Africa. Didn't we ever learn from what the Europeans did in the 1800s and 1900s? Who bewitched us?

People who themselves are prisoners, removed from Chinese prisons to be use as free labour in Africa by the Chinese gov't. We are not even aware of the types of crimes these people committed before going to prison. Our stupidity never fails to amaze me.

Yet Zambians with dual citizenship are not allowed in security forces, but foreigners are OK.

Soon Chinese will run the Zambian nation and Africa, these guys are just too many and have a growing sustainable economy. A Chinese arresting a Zambian in Zambia is a total insult to Nationalism.

Desperation! Period! If entire police force is corrupt and all remedies can't work, what does one do? In Georgia President Sakashavili dissolved the entire police. Catholic Fr in Haiti did the same. Another country Lands Officers are bad! Desperation,my foot!

I see your point ! However, the current situation is dire. I thought a foreigner would be careful a bit since he is operating in a freign country. Let me repeat, I get your point fully.
