Am a South Sudanese, but I've seen many parts of Uganda especially the Mid North Uganda. There4, it's extremely wrong to relate food security of these two states. What we need as South Sudanese is not modified seeds, but a modified peace For UG, these beans r working already

Yes and No. Natural rainfall is the only guarantee of Food Security in several African countries affected by the long dry spell! The dry spell caused prolonged drought and hunger because most farmers couldn't afford irrigation, which is deemed expensive to set up and maintain!
