I believe Mo has done exceptionally well by putting his hard earned money on the line by challenging African head of States to do good things for their citizens. Some of these old dictators are not moved at all from Uganda, Equatorial Guinea, Congo Brazzaville and so on. SAD!

Can Mr Ibrahim think of good Governance out side those who run the state? Why not consider ppl who feed, educate & medicate, those who have no one.

Mo please call out every African dictator by name who are still ruling in Africa in this conversation as a reminder that their fellow citizens are enough of them and they should leave office before the force of people turn against them🇺🇬

My question to Mo Ibrahim is why has African rulers failed to maintain financial probity, accountability and good governance, despite Mo Ibrahim Foundation efforts to reward Good Governance in Africa?

May be because the prospect of a reward is not sufficient to overcome incompetence and self interest on the parte of many rulers.

Despite starting a fund that would cushion African presidents who leave office, most presidents are reluctant to leave office.
