Would he say the same to boys as well? What a medieval leader stark in his small sexist world

Not a silly question. It's important to ask what happens to the fathers of these children, as the girls didn't impregnate themselves.

Magufuli seems to suggest that you stop the girls coming back,bt allow the boys back to impregnate more girls! So obnoxious to say the least

Magufuli didn't say boys to go back and impregnate girls. Magufuli is trying to say that girls shouldn't be treated as victims anymore.

It's sexist and retrogressive and further feeds into gender inequality! He needs to rethink this! It's NOT his decision to make!

We can't continue to work backwards and say things that further marginalize the oppressed. When will these patriarchal leaders learn?!
