Africa does not really need aid, we simply need to have clever, competent, incorruptible leaders.

even in UK they're corrupt but you would find out that the rate at which they do it is minimum than what we see in Zim or other African countries

I wonder is UK so uncorrupt to stop aid on such a fragile ground. UK's a failing Economy after Brexit that's causing internal turbulence. Recon that & fix, don't blame others for your mistakes or scapegoating others on unfounded culpabilities.

They've done enough to AU to claim such stakes. AU can sustain itself. For that matter South Asians and who's not. With church, WB, IMF ADB etc everyone's suffering. If you're aware of this, wake up. Worst part of is the tagging conditions legal some compromising unethical aswell

I honestly don't care for European aid and will be well pleased when they all decide to stop and begin to treat African countries as business partners and Not charity cases. As for your argument, if their money is coming in as aid not reparations, they legally decide the rules.

Solution to such problems will be sharing of expertise, nothing other than that. Taking that too from the like minded countries, for fair and win win benefits.

More like the latter. They can't compete with the Chinese. And they feel they must offer a reason why they're pulling out.

Nop but its a huge factor on the UK decision to stop aid into Zambia coz most deals now they need to negotiate with Zambia with chinese inclusion.
