        Sad but she should know by working closely with the giraffes that you don't go near a mother and her calf. The mother does not see a person, she sees a possible attacker posing a threat to her baby. Treat these animals with respect.

        What the fuck is wrong with you? If this was your family/friend would you say this shit about them? This was a tragic, horrific accident. How do you know they were too close? Giraffe can walk too, it could've startled itself coming across them, not them getting too close.

        No 1 rule in wildlife is stay away from a mother and child. The giraffe looks fairly harmless but the contrary is true.

        Well they should have known better no sympathy for either of them. Wild animals should be respected and she was only doing what is natural protecting her baby.The blame lies with the mother and her son all the way.
