Chinese or western debt is holding the continent back, but these African leaders have no idea how to handle governments,

Better the Chinses with their policy of co-operation than the Imperial British and Americans policy of domination and state control..

Ofcourse. They will soon own us all in a few years In the case of Zambia it may already be too late because Chinese operate with impunity.

Yeah because Financial Independence has priceless value. He who owes has no freedom. African leaders must address issues one after the other and stop trotting around the global for funds.

All debt is debt- western, Chinese...all is debt!!! So what is the point exactly? Why single out Chinese debt? How much does Africa owe the west? Just asking

The present guus dont worry, its the future generations that will suffer. Case in point, in his time Rupiah Banda got loan and bought nobile hospitals (army field hospitals). Worked one trip and they are all 'dead'. We still owe China a cool 60 mil dollars.

The west is complaining because its loosing it's grips on Africa. There's absolutely no difference between the West end China, it's pure personal interest to exploit and control African economies.
