That judge showed his inclination towards the winner during the court process. He didn’t even ask not a single question from the respondent but had tons for the applicant. If that’s what a justice process is all about then there is no justice at all

I thought that a fundamental principle is "he who alleges must prove"... that being the applicant?

For your own information the same sitting judge denied the applicant access to the server for the primary evidence which he is pontificating that they didn’t have. So they did their best given such an uphill struggle

Zimbabwe courts hey. There are courts according to http://you.BBC  your reporting on Zimbabwe was wrong and biased. This man did not win. He rigged. Court dismissed evidence in his favour. Dont promote this rot. There are Zimbabweans who are heartbroken Dont support rot.pic.twitter.com/n2q2AAkqU5

They never found any flaw of anything pertaining to process of the elections, if the justice system was independent they would have given a word or two to ZEC so that they improve but they have just shown the world that everything is correct.

Zimbabwean are really asking for too much. They should give President Mnangagwa credit and his time to reign for tactically outing former Dictator Robert Gabriel Mugabe without any bloodshed and gunshot.

Good. By the end of the election it seemed like Chamisa wasn't even trying to sound credible. He almost promised to make Zimbabwe a paradise on earth within the next few years. No word on how he would pay for it. Kinda important when you said you'd kick out the biggest investor.

So what happened to the "bombshell" evidence that the @mdczimbabwe spent days telling gullible journalists that they had? A court of law in front of meticulous judges is not the same as a press conference in front of journalists who're ready to believe & report anything they hear
