        If you do this in Nigeria you will have to lock up half of the Nation's secondary school teachers, national examination officials, school administration, 80% of private school owners and the financiers -- parents!

        Being jailed for five years wasn't enough ! I'd propose ten years corroborated with a definitive radiation from the public function plus 5000.000 CFA fines each . What they did is extremely shameful especially in a country reputed country of intelligentsia .
