It doesn't matter. If he's good, he's good. No matter the nationality. I would prefer home grown just because I want my people to dream of becoming top bosses.

Africans countries should use Africans, Black team black coaches. If Nigeria has 80 million people and they couldn't find a good Nigerian to coach the national team. That means Nigerians are incompetent. Senegal had the best idea. Your coach should be able to influence the youth

I believe home grown coaches are better football. In Ghana all the African cups we've won,it was an African coach who was in charged. Even my Team Heart Of Oak in Ghana,98%of their cups were won home grown coach. The problem we have as an Africans,we DON'T BELIEVE IN Ourselves.

I'd like to see more home grown, black coaches get onto the big stage. We also need to get rid of these recycled old coaches hopping from one FA to the next but achieving nothing. Congrats to @FAZFootball #Zambia for bringing in a relatively new guy but I still want local breeds.

It's aberrant in a country of millions we can't find one competent individual to lead, we're talking about a NATIONAL team here

It really does not matter whether they are foreing or local. What matters is which coach can form a winning team with the players at hand. Zambia is such an example.

Home- grown coaches are right for African football development because they have nature love for county and commitment...they bring loyalty not for pay but love for county while foreign coaches commitment is tie-down to rewards(cash)..

Home grown is definitely better but that is not the reason why African teams can't win the #WorldCup. Winning isn't in our DNA. The motivation 4 winning has never been passion or love 4 the game & country, it's always been about money. Our role models are failing institutions....

Gr8 question. Got no answer. However, if players are selected from the same country (regarding international football) surely the same should apply for management, no..???pic.twitter.com/mqv6OaHUQQ

This is how stupid your question sounds. Are foreigners better presidents for Africa's countries or should African countries elect Africans to be president and rule over themselves?

Do we also have foreign and home-grown football with different rules and all? A coach whether foreign or home-grown is still a coach. It just comes down to preference...
