    The whole purpose of narcissistic parenting is so that you are primed for more abuse as you get older and from other people . Your whole authentic self esteem is depleted . It's a psychological program to get you to doubt yourself.

    I feel this so deeply. I also get angry at the high-functioning days because they are always unsustainable. Thank you for your transparency. You're why I'm on twitter now. You are so not alone.

    I am due to be to work in an hour, yet I am sitting in the bathroom wrestling with my perpetual agoraphobia, severe anxiety, lethargy, and dread. Getting to work is a fucking battle. I have to swallow the issues whole and face a very unsympathetic world. Everything aches.
