@WHO should absolutely take responsibility for the rise in COVID-19 cases in Tamil Nadu. This is what happens when the WHO's treatment guidelines are followed. The guidelines need to be ignored and early treatment given. Ivermectin needs to be used. -
It's malpractice but the onus is on the local government now. They are the only ones failing so hopefully they will do a 180 correction.
