    Extraordinary that AMLO is willingly embarked on a collision course with Biden and Trudeau

    AMLO says he will NOT make changes to his proposed electricity bill seeking to favor state-owned utility (CFE) which derives large part of its power from fossil-fuel plants. This puts Mexico on collision path with USMCA, global climate goals, etc.
