i have been apart of the alienware family for a very long time since before the union of alienware & dell back in 2006 & i was back in the uk, Alienware has grown in leaps none more so than the customer service which was Garbage but in the past few years have improved drastically

the machines have grown better though i i have had minor problems alienware has been quick to sort it and keep me happy , i currently use a number of alienware products and i have recommended them to friend who have inturn bought and now swear by them. look forward to the future.
