    Brain chemistry/changes at the late teen early twenties esp boys makes them more prone to risk taking behaviour but with often underdeveloped decision making skills. Add in unmet needs/MH & external grooming be it ideological, gang, crime, cse etc and it’s a recipe for disaster.
